Reiki

Reiki is a form of hands on healing which originated in Japan. Reiki sessions can be helpful for relaxation and managing stress. During Reiki the client remains clothed and lies in a comfortable position. A Reiki session is approximately one hour in length.


Breathwork Sessions

In Breathwork sessions you learn different breathing techniques for how to use your breath to support your general health. There are many benefits of Breathwork, including increased feelings of wellbeing, stress relief, and relaxation. Techniques learned in Breathwork sessions can be very beneficial for management of discomfort during labour.


Flower Essences

Flower essences can be used to support you during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. They can be taken safely by anyone and they can be used in addition to homeopathic, herbal and western medicines.

Individualised Bush Flower Essences can be prescribed as part of any other appointment or as a stand alone consultation.


Ear Candling

Ear Candling, also known as Hopi Ear Candling, is a comfortable and natural method of removing built up wax in the ears. Hopi Ear Candles can provide relief from a range of conditions, including excessive or compacted ear wax, sinusitis, glue ear, colds and flu, headaches and migraines, rhinitis and tinnitus. The treatment is relaxing and takes approximately 40 minutes.
